The room was big size and huge and equipped with quality linens, bar GOOD music and a very comfy bed. All staff was friendly and helpful and gave some tips about Valencia. Btw, the airport was 12 miles away.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the World Trade Center area, offering excellent value for money. The attention to detail and the friendly staff make for a pleasant stay. The rooms are modern and spacious, perfect for both work and relaxation. I also loved the traditional Venezuelan breakfast, a delightful culinary experience.
No improvements needed, everything was more than satisfactory.

During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be clean, tidy, and well-maintained with modern facilities. The staff members were extremely welcoming and always willing to help. The hotel location was perfect with a shopping mall located right in front of it and easy access to transportation. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options and a special mention to the shredded beef.
